Sales (Leader Level)
| Requirements | – Male or female 30 years and older. – Bachelor’s degree in Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical), Marketing, Economics or any related field. – At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Engineering Machinery, Machine tool, Factory equipment, Automation. – Excellent communication and leadership skills – Confidence and skillful negotiating skills. – High responsibility, and able to work under pressure. – Positive thinking and fast learner. – Good command of written and spoken English. – Use company car for business. |

| Responsibilities | – Manage sales target and reporting sales information, resolving problems. – Identify and analyze market, handle sales and marketing activity to meet customer inquiries. – Sales Machine, Machine tool, Factory equipment, Automation. – To present company’s image, proposal and get new customer. – Take care of existing customers and find new customers. – Build and maintain relationship with existing customers. – Report back on sales progress, feedback, and attainment of goals. – Strive to gain competitive and keep up with industry developments. – Report to Japanese Manager. |
